You Won’t Believe How Great You’ll Look and Feel After Losing Your Excess Pounds and Learning how to Maintain a Stable Weight
Ideal Protein...Discover the Phenomena
To achieve true weight loss success, a weight loss program must address unhealthy lifestyle and eating habits by teaching dieters how to eat and live better without radically altering their already busy lives. Ideal Protein does this via a smarter eating education to enable balanced, sustainable lifestyle choices after dieting has ended.
Backed by over a decade of success, the fundamental philosophy of Ideal Protein remains to increase your overall well being by coaching dieters through sensible weight loss and empowering them with the knowledge to ensure the weight does not come back.
When you follow the Ideal Protein weight-loss method, you will learn:
- how calories are burnt;
- what calorie consumption means;
- which foods are best suited to stable weight management;
- when, why and in what combination to eat carbohydrates, fats and proteins;
- what their impact is on your body;
- and much more.
The Ideal Protein Protocol is not magic (although you might think so after the first week), it requires commitment. Do you have what it takes? Contact us now - 410-751-2446.
